He studied at the Academy of Architecture in Mendrisio and worked for Herzog & de Meuron in Basel and SO – IL in New York. He is founder and director at Climate Words, Inc. and Paraply School, and teaches Sustainable Systems at Parsons School of Design.

ROCA BLANCA
2020 / Oaxaca, MX

A holiday house in Puerto Escondido

The site faces the mountains to the north and the ocean to the south. The house consists of a platform and a wall. The platform provides a clear ground among the tall grasses, and the wall divides it into a space for the day and a space for the night. The rooms are arranged according to the sun path.
